After this entire ordeal I lost a lot of time so I called the desk again to advise them that the delay in getting back into my room really set me back. The engineer arrived and he was very helpful, sadly the door still would not open resulting in him taking more time and eventually having to break the room door open.

She confirmed they were not working so we proceeded to walk back to the desk as she had no phone on her (working without resources to readily help a guest, red flag). I explained to her the new keys did not work so she came up to the room to check. I went back to the desk and spoke with “Rachel”. Upon arriving to my room with my new keys they did not work. I requested that my keys be updated as they stopped working. Not sure why I needed to know this but it was told to me on a very rude and condescending way that was totally rude and uncalled for. I was told by “Brenda” they had 186 check outs and only 4 housekeepers working. Upon check out I went to the front desk to request a late check out. They need to replenish more often specially during peak times. Breakfast- Basic options, the staff seemed more interested in speaking with each other vs bussing the tables and making sure guest had clean tables to sit at. I requested a rollaway and was not told about the price per day at no point. Check-In - Fast efficient, confirmed my room type. With that being said it would have been nice to experience some form of hospitality. I booked 2 rooms and was traveling for a funeral.
